We guide customers in constructing their message using our software, emphasizing that a well-crafted lead magnet should naturally entice prospective clients to choose their products and/or services. In essence, our Business Coaching Service serves as a type of lead magnet, offering a valuable service at a low cost to pave the way for long-term customer relationships.

Secondary Objective: Identifying Potential Customers

The secondary objective focuses on helping customers pinpoint potential customers with the financial capacity to make a purchase. Our role involves delivering their lead magnet message using our software until these prospects are ready to become customers. This process entails customers adding contacts to their software and reaching out to inquire about individuals who may be interested in their lead magnet. This approach fosters a friendly and referral-based marketing strategy, allowing customers to acquire familiar contacts as customers along the way.

We provide two steps for prospective customers to onboard and experience our software and services. Firstly, we offer a 35-day free trial, allowing new customers to explore our offerings. If, within this period, they find that our software and services are not suitable for their business, they can cancel at any time. For customers who continue with our business coaching services beyond the 35 days, we present the second offer: the delayed payment option. With this option, we refrain from collecting a payment until the customer witnesses a noticeable increase in revenue using our software and services. Since we haven't collected the upfront $4,200.00, there is no amount to refund. However, it's essential to note that the initial $25.00 Sign-Up Fee and the monthly usage costs are non-refundable.

The delayed payment of $4,200.00 becomes due upon reaching the 2:1 return-on-investment (ROI) milestone. It's important to note that the sales professional is responsible for covering their monthly usage costs, which are separate from the delayed payment arrangement.

The delayed payment of $4,200.00 is specifically due upon achieving the 2:1 return-on-investment (ROI) milestone. This milestone is defined by the sales professional's "gross revenue" (not commission from a sale) earned from their microsphere of influence. If the sales professional decides to continue with the lead generation branding services after reaching this milestone, the delayed payment option will be available.

Business Hit 2:1 Return On Investment

Upon achieving a minimum 2:1 return-on-investment, equivalent to $8,400.00 in gross sales through our software and services, our business coaching services conclude. Following the coaching service, customers can choose to continue as software-only clients or opt for a combination of software and services. The $8,400.00 mentioned does not encompass usage charges or any ad-budget costs incurred during the business coaching service. As the customer begins to see returns from our services, they divide the gross amount by three to make payments until the total of $4,200.00 is paid in full.

Using Software after Hitting 2:1 ROI

Starting from the month a customer initiates our Business Coaching Service, we offer our software for 12 months. Suppose it takes a customer 3 months to achieve their 2:1 ROI as a Business Coaching Service Customer. While their Business Coaching Service concludes, we continue to provide the customer with the remaining 9 months of our software without a monthly fee. However, the customer is obligated to pay their monthly usage fee for utilizing features within the software that incur usage fees.

Following the initial 12 months, the customer has the option to choose between becoming a software-only customer or a combined software and services customer. They can opt for monthly or yearly payment plans.
